What is included in the exhibit space costs?
  • Raw Space:
Exhibit space at CTIA events is sold as raw space. This means carpet, furniture, electrical or Internet are not included with the booth space cost.(Exceptions include booths that are part of a turn-key pavilion – see Special Technology Pavilions below).
  • An Allotment of Exhibit Staff Badges:
Badges are allocated based on booth size. These badges gain you access to the Exhibit Floor and Keynotes but not to CTIA Educational Sessions or Special Interest Seminars (SIS).
  • Company listing in the Official CTIA Show Program and Directory
You receive a complimentary company listing, which includes a company contact with contact information and a 60-word company description.
  • Product Cross-Reference Directory in the Official CTIA Show Program and Directory
This opportunity will be printed in the Official CTIA Show Program and Directory and is your chance to let attendees know what business categories your company is involved in. From accessories to gateways and RFID to WiMAX, you decide!
  • CTIA Exhibitor Portal
The Exhibitor Portal enables you to post your company, product(s) and services in the official International CTIA WIRELESS 2009 online show program and directory. (This is in addition to the printed show program and directory.)
  • Platinum Pass Customer Invitations
Invite your customers or prospective customers to visit International CTIA WIRELESS 2009 with a complimentary Exhibits Pass. This offer allows you to inform your most important customers and prospects that you will be showcasing your latest and greatest and just where to find you! (Valid for Exhibit Floor and Keynotes.)
  • Promotion of your company in the Exhibitor List
This list is published on the International CTIA WIRELESS 2009 website, in attendee marketing brochures sent to hundreds of thousands of prospective attendees, and in the Show Dailies.
  • CTIA Show Logo on Your Website
Promote your presence at International CTIA WIRELESS 2009 by placing the Official Show Logo on your website or you can post a direct link to the International CTIA WIRELESS 2009 Registration Page. Ask your Account Executive for details.
  • Media Center Interview Rooms
Interview rooms located in the Onsite Media Center may be reserved for interviews in half-hour time slots throughout the show. We encourage you to plan ahead as space is limited and always fills up prior to the event.
  • Onsite Press Kit Distribution
You may drop off your hard copy press kits in the Onsite Media Center beginning Tuesday, March 31, 2008. CTIA does not accept shipped delivery of press kits, so exhibitors should plan to hand-deliver press kits to the Media Center. CTIA suggests bringing 500-700 press kits to the Media Center and urges exhibitors to keep some at their booths.
