Exhibitor Interview Rooms

Interview rooms adjacent to the Media Center may be reserved for the media interviews in one hour time slots throughout the show. We encourage you to plan ahead as space is limited. For reservations, please view the Exhibitor PR Tools online.

Onsite Press Kit Distribution

Exhibitors may drop off their hard copy press kits in the Media Center beginning Monday, March 31, 2008. CTIA does not accept shipped delivery of press kits, so exhibitors should plan to hand-deliver press kits to the Media Center. CTIA suggests bringing 500 press kits to the Media Center and urges exhibitors to keep some at their booths.

Pre-Registered Media List

Exhibitors may access the pre-registered media list approximately one month prior to the show. Your PR teams can preview who’s coming from the media and prepare for their arrival at your booth. For further instructions, please complete Form R in the online Exhibitor Forms Packet (EFP).

Press Conference Rooms

CTIA will provide press conference rooms for the exclusive use of CTIA WIRELESS 2008 exhibitors.  Press conference time slots are assigned through CTIA on a first-come, first-served basis. Press conferences may not be conducted on the exhibit floor, in meeting rooms or in hotel rooms. For more information and to make reservations, please view the Exhibitor PR Tools online.
