CTIA sells raw booth space. Each 10’ x 10’ linear booth will be set with 8’ high black back wall drape, 36” high black side dividers and a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign with Company Name and Booth Number. The exhibit area is NOT carpeted; however, the aisles will be carpeted in latte. The only exception to the above is if you are part of a pavilion, which may include a turn-key exhibit package – check with your sales representative for more details.
Once your company is a confirmed exhibitor you have access to the following International CTIA WIRELESS 2012 show materials:
Freeman coordinates the move-in/move-out schedule for the show. Please review the Inbound Freight Target Schedule to see when your assigned move-in time is. Questions should be directed to the local Freeman office at 504-733-7469.
Linear booths (10’ by 10’ up to 10’ x 30’) may build their booth to a height of eight feet (8’). In the first five feet (5’) of depth the maximum height of any display is four feet (4’).
Island booths (20’ x 20’ booths or larger with aisle on all four sides) may build to a height of 23’. Exhibitors utilizing solid wall construction on the back wall of their island exhibit must have at least 25% of the solid back wall open (floor to ceiling) or the solid back wall must be constructed of clear (no opaque, smoked etc.) plexi-glass. Please refer to the CTIA and Ernest N. Morial Convention Center rules and regulations for further information.
Only Island Booths (20’ x 20’ or larger with aisles on all four sides) may hang signs in their booth. Linear booths (10’ in depth) may not hang any signs and all decoration must be floor supported. Exhibitors must submit sign renderings for approval. The sign may not exceed 60% of the length of the booth’s longest dimension. As an example, the length of a sign over a 20’ x 60’ booth may not exceed 36’. Refer to the Hanging Sign section in the CTIA Rules and Regulations for further information.
CTIA hosts a number of Special Technology Pavilions as well as Country Pavilions. A synopsis of these pavilions can be found here. Contact your CTIA account representative for more information. If you are interested in coordinating a Special Technology or Country Pavilion, please contact the sales department at conventionsales@ctia.org.

Exhibitors must assign a PR contact to access to the pre-registered press list. The first step to access the pre-registered press list is to fill out the Exhibitor PR Contact Form, which will ask you to create an account with a user name and password. You can then login and download the pre-registered press list as often as you like. Again, the pre-registered press list is only available to CTIA exhibiting companies.
