How do I order the Pre-Registration list? Click here: http://ctiait.ctia.org/wireless2008/ Enter your Username and Password for your online Exhibitor Forms Packet Select the Pre-registration link on the left side bar or select the link the Pre-Registration list box on the right side of the cover page. Back to top What is the cost for renting the list? $135 per 1,000 names, with a minimum order of 5,000 names. So the minimum cost per list is $675. The "base" list contains: name, title, company, address, city, state, zip & country. If you would like to review the price option click on the Pre-registration link on the left side bar of the online forms package or the Pre-Registration list box on the right side of the front page of the online forms packet. Select the quantity of records and the price will appear. If you select 10,000 you will receive the entire list. Exclusive Offer is a flat rate of $3,500 for the pre-show mailing list and one pre-show and post-show email blast. Back to top Will you receive a physical list? YES. Base list: You will receive an excel spreadsheet that contains the contact name, job title and mailing addresses. Base list plus phone or fax: You will receive an excel spreadsheet that contains the contact name, job title and mailing addresses, phone or fax numbers. Base list plus phone or fax and email addresses : You will receive an excel spreadsheet that contains the contact name, job title and mailing addresses, phone or fax numbers and the Email Opt-In field that will have a Y or N as to whether or not the attendee has granted us permission to send them information via email. Back to top How soon will list orders be fulfilled? All orders will be fulfilled within 5 days of receipt of the sample mailing piece. The order will not be completed until CTIA receives a sample of the post card/brochure or the HTML file that you will be sending. Back to top Which email blast dates are available? It is on a first come first serve basis. The date you selected is not guaranteed. CTIA will do its best to schedule the message to be sent on or as close to the date selected. Email date is selected on a first come first serve basis based on payment date. Back to top How many names total are there on the list? Approximately 10,000. Back to top Are phone numbers, fax numbers and/or email address available? YES, for an additional fee. Please see the order form for details. Back to top Are there any sorts or selects available for this list? NO. Due to limited time and resources we are not able to make any selects from this list. Back to top Are exhibitors and attendees included in this list? YES. This is a list of ALL registrants and CANNOT be filtered down to include only attendees or only exhibitors. Back to top How many times can I use this list? You can use each list once. For Example: If you rent the mailing list and add the email list and telephone list, then you have the ability to mail to that list once, have an email sent to the list once and call the list once. Exclusive Offer will allow one post-show email blast. Back to top Will list updates be available? No email updates of the list will be sent to you after your order has been filled. This list is compiled of attendees and exhibitors who have pre-registered for CTIA WIRELESS 2008 as well as a small percentage of hot prospects who attended CTIA WIRELESS 2007.
