Cancellations, substitutions and requests for refund will not be accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing for consideration.

Cancellations and refunds will be considered only if submitted in writing no later than the following deadlines:

• Received by 2/25/08 – Full refund, less $50 fee
• Received after 2/25/08 and on or before 3/10/08 – 50% refund
• Received after 3/10/08 – No refund.
