Rick Osterloh
Rick Osterloh Corporate Vice President, MOTOBLUR and Android Software Engineering Mobile Devices business Motorola, Inc.
As Corporate Vice President of the MOTOBLUR and Android Software Engineering groups for Motorola, Rick Osterloh manages Motorola Mobile Devices’ software and services engineering teams. In this role, Rick is responsible for the delivery of Motorola’s software and operation of the MOTOBLUR service for Motorola smartphones. His industry experience includes work as Vice President of Products for Good Technology, a leader in enterprise wireless handheld computing software and services that was acquired by Motorola in 2007, where he was responsible for Good’s global product offering, product strategy, and product development. As the company’s first employee in May 2000, Rick also wrote the business plan for Good’s entry into the wireless data market.
Prior to Good Technology, Rick managed enterprise software projects for Fortune 1000 companies at Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, and analyzed wireless industry investments for Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers.
Rick earned a BS and MS Engineering from Stanford University, and was an Arjay Miller scholar at Stanford Graduate School of Business where he received an MBA.
