Mr. Spencer is also an Executive Consultant to the Wireless Industry. He is on several Advisory Boards, including Mojiva.
Mr. Spencer was the CEO and CTO at UPOC Networks from 2004-2008. . His career began in Bell Laboratories where he held many leadership positions in product, business and technology management. Mr. Spencer is a frequent speaker at telecom and media industry events. He previously led the Wireless business at Pinnacor (now part of Dow Jones). He is on the WIC Board of CTIA. An Avid Blogger.
