Convention Regulations

International CTIA WIRELESS 2010 is a trade-only convention, open only to companies involved in the wireless telecommunications industry.

• Badges must be worn at all times and are not transferable.
• Over the counter sales are not permitted. Orders may be taken for future delivery only.
• For Trade Only! No one under the age of 18 will be admitted on the trade show floor.
• Solicitation of business by companies who are not official exhibitors is prohibited during the Convention and Exposition.

International Business Center (IBC)

At CTIA’s International Business Center, international visitors will be able to pick up their pre-registered badges, register on-site or get special assistance from multilingual interpreters available to help with registration questions. The International Business Center is located in Hall C2.

CTIA maintains a full-service media center onsite at the show. Access to the Media Center is restricted to working credentialed press and analysts only. No exhibitors or general attendees are permitted access. The Media Center is located in the North Hall in Room N251.

Exhibitor Interview Rooms, open to exhibitors with media interviews, is located next door to the Media Center in Room N250.

Remote Airline Check-In Service

Bags to Go is an off-site baggage program that allows any attendees traveling on Southwest, United, Delta, U.S. Airways and Frontier flights to check their bags at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The baggage desk is located in the Grand Concourse across from Central Hall 3. The cost for the service is $20 per person, and per the airline you are traveling, additional charges may apply for excess, overweight and oversized baggage. Bags may be checked up to 12 hours before your departure time, but no later than 3 hours prior to your departure. Call 703-943-8120 for more information.

Shuttle Bus Routes & Schedule

For your convenience, shuttle bus service will be available between the Las Vegas Convention Center and most of the official International CTIA WIRELESS 2010 hotels. The buses will drop off outside the Las Vegas Convention Center Central Lobby.

Wi-Fi Internet Access will be available in the lobby areas and meeting rooms of the Las Vegas Convention Center for $12.95 per day. Access will be available to all attendees with Wi-Fi compatible devices while attending the International CTIA WIRELESS 2010. CTIA cannot guarantee coverage.
